Shanghai Huidi Technology Co., Ltd.,(汇得科技) founded in 2007, is a high-tech enterprise specializing in the R&D, production, and sales of polyurethane (PU) resins, polyurethane elastomer raw materials, polyester polyols, and thermoplastic polyurethane elastomers (TPU). The company operates multiple production bases in Shanghai, Fujian, Zhejiang, and Jiangsu, serving industries such as footwear, apparel, luggage, furniture, automotive, and rail transportation, with both domestic and international business operations.
Challenges
As Huidi expanded its global footprint, the existing ERP system could no longer support the company’s long-term development needs. The company urgently required a next-generation digital platform to achieve industry-finance integration, group-level financial control, and fine-grained cost management.
